We are, and hubby's job has just informed him that this month will be horrible again. We are looking at all our options. I've found a great site about loan consolidation and the overall process. The site has a great feature article on home ownership, I wish I would have read it before we bought ours. I don't think it would have changed the fact that we had to have our OWN home, but it does explain the entire process, pitfalls and such, very well. The interest rate explanations and taxes section were especially informative. The site is laid out very well and has seperate posts about credit cards and I LOVE the post about getting your expenses down if you are a shopaholic. I used to be....don't have the funds anymore. Ahem....it's a great site, check it out!!
